Session #1
October 14th - 11 AM EDT
Alex Ritivoi - BIM Lead + AI Specialist at 3XN/3GN
Alex Ritivoi has been exploring AI and BIM workflows at 3XN/GXN since 2023. He is now leading the firm's AI integration.
In this advanced session, Alex will demonstrate how his team uses Claude Code and pyRevit MCP to automate real Revit workflows, from model audits and cleanup tasks to firm-specific standards and Rhino.Inside.Revit modeling.
Alex will focus on practical applications, advanced setup tips, firmwide implementation strategies, lessons learned, and how these tools are being used within a leading architecture firm.
Session #2
October 21st - 11 AM EDT
Daniel Peterson - Senior Design Technology Coordinator - The Beck Group
Daniel is an AI, BIM, and visualization expert at The Beck Group, a leading architectural firm based in the US. Daniel is also the creator of the Revit Wizard, the #1 Revit AI in the GPT Store.
Daniel has been leading the charge with Claude and AI at his firm, generating complete toolbars for his teammates and automating Revit tasks. Daniel focuses on using the C# coding language, although you don't need programming experience.
In this session, Daniel will share his setup, tips, implementation strategies, pitfalls to avoid, and strategies for AI deployment success.
Session #3
October 28th - 11 AM EDT
Antonio González Viegas - Founder - BIM Software Developer & CEO - That Open Company
Antonio González helped spark a revolution in BIM software development. He launched IFC.js in 2021, then rebranded it as That Open Company in 2023. Today, its open-source BIM tools provide the backbone for hundreds of companies building web-based BIM applications.
In this 90-minute session, Antonio will show you how to get started with BIM web development, even if you have no coding experience. Using Claude and That Open Company’s tools, you’ll learn how to generate BIM applications such as web viewers, clash detection tools, carbon calculators, and more.
Session #4
November 11th - 11 AM EDT
Victoria Ikede - National AI Lead & Senior BIM Manager - Architecture49
Victoria is the AI Lead & a Senior BIM Manager at Architecture49 Toronto. In addition, she teaches AI as a postgraduate seminar at the Toronto Metropolitan University, and she is a Microsoft Certified AI Transformation Leader.
In this session, Victoria will share practical strategies for making AI work inside an architecture or engineering firm. She’ll cover the human, ethical, and legal questions that come with AI implementation, but with a focus on concrete actions: how to introduce AI, build internal support, establish useful guidelines, and turn experimentation into real workflows.
Victoria will also explain how BIM professionals can use AI to expand their role, develop valuable new skills, and evolve from BIM specialist to AI leader.
Session #5
November 18th - 11 AM EDT
Matthew Umberger - Associate Principal & Director of R&D - Apex Engineers
Matthew leads the R&D team at Apex Engineers, a 50-person structural engineering firm with offices in Denver, Kansas City, and Lawrence.
Apex has used Claude to build custom desktop tools, Revit add-ins, and internal web apps that help its engineers work more efficiently and explore new ways of delivering projects. What makes their work especially interesting is that Apex is not a massive firm with unlimited resources. They have found practical ways to punch above their weight by building tools around their own needs.
In this session, Matthew will explain how smaller firms can create an R&D function and use AI to turn ideas into useful internal tools. He'll also show how AI-assisted development can help you build a shared "firm brain" that connects your knowledge, standards, workflows, and project information.
Session #6
November 25th - 11 AM EDT
Michael Kilkelly - Founder at Archsmarter + Senior BIM Developer at Ulteig
At this point, Michael needs no introduction in the BIM + AI space. He is a repeat guest on BIM Pure Live, and is constantly testing new ways to use AI in BIM workflows.
In this session, Michael will focus on using Claude Cowork for BIM and architecture. He’ll cover how to set it up properly, organize files and memory, apply it to real work, and introduce it securely within a firm.
Michael will also share his latest research on AI-powered Revit automation, including generating Revit families from images.
