Alex Ritivoi - BIM Lead + AI Specialist at 3XN/3GN

Since 2023, Alex Ritivoi has led the integration of AI into BIM workflows at 3XN/GXN.

In this advanced session, Alex will demonstrate how his team uses Claude Code and pyRevit MCP to automate real Revit workflows, from model audits and cleanup tasks to firm-specific standards and Rhino.Inside.Revit modeling.

This session will not cover the basic installation of pyRevit MCP, which is available in a separate video. Instead, Alex will focus on practical applications, advanced setup tips, firmwide implementation strategies, lessons learned, and how these tools are being used within a leading architecture firm.

 

Learning objectives:

1- Explore how 3XN leverage Claude Code & Cowork to speed up projects.

2- Deploy Claude Code & MCP to your entire organization with instructions and firm-specific standards.

3- Execute automated model audits and cleanup tasks using the MCP server.

4- Combine pyRevit MCP with Rhino Inside Revit for automated modeling.
